HI, I'M MIKE
I'm a licensed therapist providing trauma and alignment therapy in California.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I love helping clients open the door to deeper healing and self discovery by giving them a container to get real with themselves and live a life of authenticity. My training is in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) but I also love drawing from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), the work of Carl Jung, and Eastern Philosophy.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with loved ones, taking my dog to the park, being out in nature, meditating, reading, listening to music, and practicing yoga.
I invite you to let go of the load you have been carrying and maybe let me carry it for a while. Take off your mask and just be yourself. Don't know who that is? No problem. We can figure it out together!
My Approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. We'll start by clarifying what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain, so we have a shared sense of direction. From there, I'll draw on the tools that best support you, whether you're seeking deeper self-understanding, realignment in your life, or relief from trauma you've been carrying. This is a safe space to reconnect with yourself to heal and life more authentically.
Fees & Coverage

Standard sessions: $180 for 50 minutes

Insurance: I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Centivo, Evernorth, Health Net (MHN), Highmark, UMR, and Oscar.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): KAP has a different fee structure, which I send upon request or in detail during a consultation. In addition to telehealth sessions, I also offer in-home KAP sessions in Ventura County and parts of Los Angeles for an additional travel fee.
For those using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill to help with reimbursement. All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, making it easy to connect from anywhere in California.
